With this word, we indicate the seasonal move of herds and flocks from the pastures at a low altitude to the mountain pastures during Summer and vice versa during Autumn. The Association of Farmers of the Upland (with other local associations) transformed this event in a nice community festival which takes place every year at the end of September: cows, sheep, goats, donkeys and horses are carried around the streets of Borno by their farmers, who wear typical rural clothes. Brand new this year was the evocation of old professions and the possibility to taste local typical products.
